MINIMUM 30 PEOPLE          MAXIMUM 60 PEOPLE
 

Reservations made 30 days in advance, there is a $150.00 deposit and 
is non-refundable if the the party is not cancelled 21 days prior.

 

We also require menu selections at least seven (7) days in advance and the 
guaranteed number of people in your event four (4) days in advance.

 

Included in each package we offer a house salad with an assortment of dressings and hot bread.

 

Not included in the buffet prices are the sales tax (.06%) and gratuity
(18% for one server) (20% for two servers).

Beef Tenderloin

Baked and topped with your choice of ( choose one):

    Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Demi Glaze

    Henry Bains Sauce

    Apple Brandy Barbecue Sauce

    Bordelaise Sauce

 

Chicken

Sonoma: Skinless breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, wild mushrooms, fresh herbs, mozzarella and provolone cheeses and topped with a Chardonnay cream sauce.

 

Andouille: Stuffed with andouille sausage, baked and served with a spicy pear gravy.

 

Francesco: Skinless breast stuffed with prosciutto ham, portobello mushrooms, baby Swiss cheese and rubbed with Dijon mustard and roasted.

 

Seafood

Swordfish: Marinated in a sesame soy sauce, grilled and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

 

Salmon: Grilled and topped with a lime caper hollandaise sauce.

 

Mahi Mahi: Rubbed with olive oil and garlic, baked, and topped with sliced tomatoes and romano cheese.

 

Tuna: Grilled and topped with a pineapple salsa.

Beef or Pork

Stroganoff: Beef, onion, mushrooms and a cream fraiche sauce.

 

Stir Fry: Beef, snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots and green peppers.

 

Roasted Pork Tenderloin: Served with an apple brandy barbecue sauce.

 

Antinori Pork: Pork tenderloin wrapped around fresh spinach, homemade Italian sausage and served over caramelized onions.

 

Chicken

Artichoke: Sauteed with artichokes, mushrooms, tomatoes and finished with a brandy cream sauce.

 

Parmesan: Lightly breaded with fresh ground parmesan and topped with our homemade marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

 

Marsala: Sauteed with roasted red and yellow peppers, mushrooms and finished with a marsala wine sauce.

 

Cacciatore: Sauteed with olive oil, garlic, onions, carrots, portobello mushrooms, tomatoes and fresh basil.

 

Seafood

Sturgeon: Baked and served with an herb compound butter.

 

Tilapia: Baked and topped with a pineapple salsa.

 

Red Snapper: Baked and topped with a tomato and fresh basil sauce.

 

Grouper: Baked and topped with a mushroom white wine sauce.

Pasta Buffet

Chicken Penne: Penne pasta tossed with chicken, scallions, mushrooms, bacon and finished with a light romano cream sauce.

 

Lasagna: beef or Vegetable.

 

Jumbo Shells: Stuffed with fresh spinach, ricotta cheese and topped with our homemade marinara sauce.

 

Black Bean Ravioli: Topped with a tomato fresh cilantro sauce.

 

Capelli D’ Angelo: Angel hair pasta topped with either fresh vegetables, Italian sausage or homemade meatballs, the covered with our homemade marinara sauce.

 

French Stew: Beef tips sauteed with carrots, onions, stuffed green olives and finished with a burgundy wine sauce.

 

Chicken Dijon: Sauteed with mushrooms and chopped tomatoes in a mustard grain sauce.

 

Rock Shrimp: Sauteed with artichokes and tossed with a sun dried tomato pesto sauce. Served over linguine.

 

Orzo: Beef Tips, mushrooms, green onions and diced tomatoes tossed in a demi-glaze-marinara sauce served over orzo pasta.

 

Whole Wheat Ravioli: Stuffed with baby artichoke hearts, ricotta cheese, roasted pine nuts and roasted garlic then topped with roasted red peppers and grilled asparagus. Finished with a Marsala wine sauce and fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

 

Smoked Salmon: Sauteed with capers, red onions and tossed in a citrus cream sauce.
